G.Skill выпускает 4-ГБ наборы быстрой памяти DDR2

Производители памяти продолжают наращивать объём своих комплектов, предлагаемых пользователям. Если долгое время стандартным объёмом являлись 2 ГБ, то сейчас 4-ГБ наборы стали практически обыденностью.

Стимулирует такое положение дел и политика производителей компьютерных игр. Так, например, для Assassins Creed Ubisoft рекомендует уже 3 ГБ ОЗУ.

Тайваньская компания G.Skill объявила о выпуске серии F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK, наборов из двух модулей DDR2-8500 (1066 МГц). Тайминги такой памяти довольно высоки, 5 (CL), 5 (TRCD), 5 (TRP), 15 (TRAS).

Рабочее напряжение модулей составляет 2,1 В.

G.Skill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK использует восьмислойную печатную плату, что должно снизить электрические наводки, повысить надежность и потенциал к разгону.

Модули имеют пожизненную гарантию производителя.
